Authentication

To log in to Netcraze Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) system, go to https://rmm.netcraze.ru/.

Then, click “Log in | Sign up” to access the Netcraze RMM.

Login is performed through the unified user authentication service Netcraze Account.

If you do not have a Netcraze account, please refer to the Netcraze Account article.

Important

Two-factor authentication is available in Netcraze Account. Activating two-factor authentication is not mandatory. It is an advanced security feature, in addition to your regular login and password.

If you forgot your password, use the password recovery form by clicking on “Forgot password?”.

You can log in to your Netcraze Account in several ways, choose the one that works best for you:

  1. Login and Password combination. Use your Netcraze Account e-mail as your login.

  2. Access via a previously created Yandex or VK account.

Tip

If you have a Yandex or VK account, you can connect to Netcraze Account using one of these accounts instead of registering. In this case, the registration process will take less time, and you will not need to go through the e-mail confirmation step.
