Service centres in the Russian Federation
If your Keenetic device needs repair, please contact our official service centre. To do so, please use one of the following three options:
Send the faulty device to the central service centre (if you are located in Moscow or the Moscow region);
Send the faulty device to a regional service centre (there are currently over 20 authorised regional service centres in the Russian Federation);
If there is no authorised service centre in your city, you can courier the faulty device to the central service centre.
To submit a request to our service centre, go to https://keeneticservice.ru, click on the Оформить заявку (Submit a request) button, and fill out the form. After filling out the form, a letter with the request number will be sent to the specified email address.
If there is no authorised service centre in your city and you require courier delivery, please get in touch with our central service centre directly by telephone or e-mail.
At https://keeneticservice.ru, you will also find the addresses of all authorised service centres and information on how to send your device for repair via courier service.
